Finding the root cause of trauma,  pain and negative experiences and releasing them can be a powerful step towards you healing your life.

When you identify and address the underlying issues, you can get a better idea and understand the impact they have on your life and the physical and mental symptoms that might be stopping you living the life you deserve.

This process can help you:

1.     Gain Insight: Understanding the root cause of your trauma can provide clarity and insight into why you feel the way you do. This awareness can be the first step towards healing. But first we need to identify the root cause, and this is where I come in with my metaphorical spade.

2.     Release Emotional Burden: By confronting and processing traumatic experiences, you can release the emotional burden that has been weighing you down. This can lead to a sense of relief and freedom. The insights you gain here can be eye opening and everything can start to make sense, such as why you have always felt like you do.

3.     Reduce Symptoms: Addressing the root cause of trauma can help alleviate symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and physical ailments. When the emotional pain is released, the body and mind can begin to heal. We take this step very carefully to ensure you remain grounded and then we cleanse your energies

4.     Improve Relationships: Healing from trauma can improve your relationships with others. As you work through your trauma, you may find it easier to connect with who you are and with others enabling you to build healthier relationships with like-minded people who enhance your life.

5.     Enhance Overall Well-being: Releasing trauma can lead to a greater sense of well-being and happiness. You may feel more empowered, resilient, and capable of handling life's challenges. There will be no stopping you as you step into the world and celebrate your authentic self in a way you may only dream of right now.

It's important to note that healing from trauma, pain and negative experiences is a personal journey and each step at a pace to suit you and can depend on the impact it has had on you.

We will review each step before taking the next to ensure your emotional wellbeing is continually being met. This is one reason I only offer this program as a one to one rather than as a group.

We can work together online or face-to-face on the Isle of Man in strictest confidence.
