Usui Reiki Healing
Reiki is a safe method of channelling universal energy and it is suitable for everyone of all ages.
When your body is out of balance and in a state of dis-ease, you feel out of sorts emotionally, physically or mentally and Reiki can help bring you back into balance.

During a treatment you may feel some warmth or tingling as the Universal Life force energy flows through your body bringing about deep relaxation, clarity and focus.
​
As the Reiki flows through your body it: -

goes to where it is needed to balance your energies

assists in the release of energy blockages, which could be the result of accident or injury

increases the vibrational frequency of your body to provide new vitality
-
speed recovery after surgery or illness to help heal and bring a feeling of wellbeing.

You remain fully dressed during the treatment while I lay my hands just above your body and you relax in a calm, safe environment.
​
It is recommended you have a series of sessions to allow the reiki energy to build and become more and more effective. So lets start with 6 x 60-minute sessions for £375
Kundalini Reiki
A few months later my hunger for learning more had returned, and I was attuned as a Kundalini Reiki Master where I could use this powerful energy as a stand-alone therapy or combined with Usui Reiki when it is needed.

Kundalini is a very powerful form of reiki that can be used for many situations which include: –
Birth Trauma,
Location/Situation,
Past Life issues,
DNA healing,
Crystalline,
Diamond Reiki
Usui & Kundalini Reiki can also be used for healing and improving:

I can send Distance Reiki healing to you, your home, garden, and animals anywhere around the world, to where it is needed, and regularly send to areas and situations such as to war zones and areas of disasters.

I continue to practice Reiki on myself and love the improved new me with a new respect for my mind body and soul. Once you try Reiki you will start to feel a whole new you.
Chakra Cleanse & Balance
Chakras are our energy centres and I work with the 7 main chakras. Each one spins clockwise or anti-clockwise and can become unbalanced and blocked.
If your chakras are too open or are closed it can affect how you deal with the world, how you feel and your general wellbeing.

Using a combination of techniques, I can help you achieve a more balanced life physically, emotionally, and mentally by cleaning and balancing your chakras.
​

Many clients have benefitted from a combination of Chakras and Reiki healing in each session which i may have been guided to give.
Colours, Rocks, Music and Sounds
In addition to the above modalities, I may be drawn to use any of the following tools in your session.

Crystals may be used on your body during a Reiki treatment to enhance your natural energy or to help you focus and balance your emotions along with EFT.
​
Colours resonate with your subconscious on many levels and can help change moods, re-energise you, or bring calmness. I may use chakra coloured scarves and materials during treatments
​
Sounds and music can help us change focus.
​
You are welcome to bring a CD of relaxing music of your choice to play during your treatment.
​
I may also use Singing bowls, Shamanic Drums, Ocean Drum or Tibetan Chimes
