How are you swinging today?
We can all have prickly days or feel overwhelmed and just now and again we might just feel ok.
And it is ok to not feel ok too.
You know you are surrounded by people just like you who may be going through something similar or worse.
Maybe they are better at hiding it or they are having a good day.
Talk to your family, friends and colleagues about how you feel.
Help them understand what you are dealing with.
Because most of them are not mind readers and unless you tell them they are not going to know.
I am here for you too.
Just do one thing and then when you are ready the next will be waiting for you.
