How to Book

Here are the different ways to book your appointments with me 


Online via my booking system

When you book via my Calendly booking page you can select the service which you prefer

Please note, that if you are selecting a package of more than one session, you only need to select the first appointment.


Once you have selected your preferred date and time complete your details and answer the questions to assist me in preparing for your session.

What could be simpler 

  • Visit the Wellbeing Services Page to select the service of your choice or 

  • Click here to go straight through to my booking page to select the service. 

  • You can then select the date and time to suit you and will receive a confirmation of your booking by return. 

By Telephone 

Dialing a Number

If you prefer not to use the internet you can book directly by telephone 

Although most people have access to and use the internet, I have many clients who prefer not to. 

You can contact me by telephone to book your appointment from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday.


Please bear in mind, you may need to leave a message if I am with a client and I will call you back, usually with1working day. 

Payment can be made via BACS, PayPal, or cleared cheques prior to your appointment to secure your selected time.

Ideal for clients with hearing and other medical issues 

You may prefer to contact me by email to

  • Discuss your needs 

  • Ask any questions you may have about any of my services, tools or techniques 

  • To advise me of anything you feel is relevant as part of your appointment. 

  • To amend a booking made offline 

I will aim to respond within one working day.

In Person

When we meet in person at any,

  • wellbeing days

  • healing /wellbeing fairs and

  • face to face workshops


I attend or run, you can ask about my services, and we can arrange a complimentary discovery chat to discuss your particular needs in more detail.

In order for your sessions to run smoothly and to enable me to prepare for your appointment please click on the button below to download the Welcome Pack

You may complete the forms

  • online and email them to me in a secure manner 

  • by hand and then scan and email them or post them to me at least 72 hours prior to your appointment 

  • If you are unable to do so, or have any questions, please contact me.
